I grew up in a cigarette smoke filled environment. I shared a small 3 room flat with 6 other family members for the first 20 years of my life. My father and uncle were both heavy smokers. My mother's testimony

My husband and I were college classmates, and we both went into teaching after we graduated. Our daugther had asthma caused by frequent colds. For children's health and the global view, we immigrated to the U.S. without any preparations. We had to commute back and forth for more than 10 years. During this period of time, I was very stressed and tormented by hereditary high blood pressure. Both my mental and physical conditions were in poor shape. One morning, without any warning, I found the left side of my body could not move, my mouth was lopsided and actions became slow. Then I realised I had a stroke!
